We are excited to say, Sent2Serve is able to use its funding very effectively in reaching literally around the world. Working alongside Youth With a Mission, which has over 16,000 self-funded, volunteer staff in over 149 countries, working in 1000 locations, from 600 bases of operation, we gain an invaluable resource, providing us a global infrastructure with access to vast numbers of people in need at no expense to Sent2Serve.
This means that monies entrusted to Sent2Serve reach the intended need with greater effectiveness not having to sustain an otherwise expensive overhead.

There are millions of reasons through out the world calling to each of us to take an active interest in the needs of the worlds poor. Thailand, Nigeria, Columbia, India, Cambodia, Brazil, Nepal. Where ever the gospel is to be preached and whereever the gospel has been preached we find the poor, destitute and the oppressed challenging us to do more than preach Jesus, we are called to BE Christ as well.

It is a haunting truth shrouded within the statistics of the North American evangelical church: 95 percent of all monies donated to the church in tithes and offerings it spends on itself in the form of overhead (buildings and administrative) less than five percent is spent on missions and even less on the poor.

We say that as followers of the Savior of the world we care for the poor of the world, (the very people God himself has created and continues to sustain for His glory) but whether we say we do or not one quick review of the ledgers of our church books will prove us wrong every time.
Where our treasure is there our heart is also says that we love US, we love OUR buildings, OUR sound systems, OUR soft individual chairs and OUR espresso bars that greet us in the lobby.

God's love for the poor is real and His expectation for them to be cared for by those who are called by His name is just as real.
